Dive Against Debris Special

Steek jij graag de handen uit de mouwen? Dan is de Dive Against Debris specialty iets voor jou. Helaas komen wij regelmatig de gekste voorwerpen tegen onder water.  In de theoriemodule leer je verschillende typen afval herkennen en bergen, waarna je in de praktijksessie een opruimduik doet volgens de richtlijnen van AWARE. Je werkt met hefballonnen, eventueel snijwerktuig en de leitjes om jouw afval te loggen. De instructeur laat zien hoe je jouw gevonden afval registreert bij Project AWARE.

Dive Against Debris Special

Do you like to keep busy? Then the Dive Against Debris specialty is the diving course for you. Unfortunately, we regularly come across the craziest objects underwater. In the theory module you learn to recognise and salvage different types of debris, after which in the practical session you do a clean-up dive according to AWARE guidelines. You work with lifting balloons, possibly cutting tools and the slates to log your waste. The instructor will show you how to register your found waste with Project AWARE.
